At the agreed time, we pick you up at the airport, and transfer you to the Quinta DO Ameal. Depending on the time of arrival possibility of having a first contact with the city and winery.
We will start with the tour around the Quinta and will discover what makes Quinta do Ameal a special one, and of course with some wine testing produced exclusively from grapes grown organically on our own state.
The first night, we will have a gastronomic dinner with wine paring and with a lecture about Vinhos Verdes wine region, to understand a history and gastronomic traditions.
Depending from the arrival time we can offer you a golf lesson to enjoy the nature and to take the opportunity to try something new.

The concept behind biodynamics is that everything in the universe is interconnected and gives off a resonance or "vibe". Sounds interesting?
Today we are going to discover a biodynamic wines and visit Aphros winery where we will be explained all the secrets of biodynamic approach to vinification. We will have tour and tasting there.
After lunch in the restaurant we go to Ponte de Lima, the town of stories and history, where a walk through the town centre is a journey to the roots of Portuguese ancestry.
In the evening, a culinary workshop awaits us from a first-class chef and a dinner of traditional Portuguese dishes. We will reveal all the secrets of Portuguese cuisine!

We will start the day with some breakfast, and after we will go west direction to Viana do Castelo, an old city next to the sea.
Here we are waiting for the author's tour of the city, during which we will visit the fish market and
the ship-museum "Gil Eannes".
After that, we go on an hour-long trip on the yacht, where the captain will give us a master class on the basics of marine navigation.
In the evening, we will learn the secrets of cooking Portuguese bacalhao specialty in a quoin-chef master class.

Day of the contrasts! In one day we will return from traditions and fast forward to the very vanguard.
After breakfast we will go to the town of Ponte de Barca, where we will be met by an instructor with whom we will go to an incredible Stand Up Paddling journey where expectations are always surpassed.
We dine in a traditional restaurant, and after lunch we will have free time to enjoy the city.
We will meet the sunset on horseback, leisurely strolling along the shores of the calm and magical Lima river.

Day of the discovering a new edges of the wines of Vinho Verde!
We will start the day with a visit to one of the first portuguese producers of Alvarinho - SOALHEIRO winery.
Tasting session at the Melgaço traditional smokehouse, owned by Soalheiro, where handmade delicacies are created using age-old recipes.
Lunch with wine tasting at Quinta de Folga.
After lunch we will have a free time at the Melgaco city (sightseeing) with recommendation of visiting Castle de Melgaco.
Before coming back to home we will have a visit to Quinta de Anselmo Mendes - one of the greatest Portuguese winemakers

To finalize our experience we are going to explore to picturesque medieval cities on the south of Vinho Verde region: Braga and Guimaraes.
We are waiting for the narrow streets of medieval cities, the majestic fortresses and the beautiful barroc, romanique and gothic style churchs.
We will get acquainted with the architecture and traditions of these two cities, have lunch in the best restaurant of Braga!
After full day of history it's time to full relax in the one the best Thermal Spa in Portugal.
